Ridiculous Bank charges

I downgraded from the Premier cheque account to the Gold cheque accout which is R109 a month . I have been getting additional charges on top of that , i see a monthly service fee of R236,70 plus redirected fees of R20,36 kindly refund me those amounts as i am not aware what further services I am been charged for . Kindly investigate please
