ridiculous bank charges
<p>I went to Mozambique for a holiday last month. Since I was there for a week, i had to withdraw money from an ATM in Moz. This past week I got my bank statement to see that I was charged R60 per ATM withdrawal in MOZ. I was so shocked and honestly can't believe how expensive an ATM withdrawal is. Whats worse is the way I was charge, the ATM in Moz only allowed me to to take our R600 at a time, so since I needed a R1000 at times, i was charged for both those withdrawals. My bank charges for the ATM withdrawals was R540, 20% of the money I withdrew in MOZ. Really considering changing banks, especially when I heard that international withdrawals with other banks are free!</p>

i got a call from FNB to let me know that my complaint has been referred to the premier division, I got a call from the division, told them I couldnt speak at the time and that they can call me after a little while. they asked to call me the following Monday, I agreed to this, today is Tuesday and I still haven't gotten a call back. Seriously considering switching banks.
