Ridiculous Bank Charges

Goodday,<br> <br> I just want to bring to light the ridiculous bank charges that have accumulated on my plat account, I have been unemployed now for over a year and the charges that are being posted to an INACTIVE ACCOUNT just doesn't make any sense!<br> <br> I ask that in light of my unemployment and non use of my account these charges be waived, then I could possibly go into a branch and also downgrade to a gold account.<br> <br> I look forward to your response,<br>
