Ridiculous bank

“The customer care service for FNB is ridiculous. Every time I call them I get transferred to more than 5 different departments, more often than not I will be transferred to a department I have already been transferred to during the same call. It is frustrating to get anything done with this bank.“

I also have the same problem, worse part they tell you to the branch and when you get there they tell you to call and when you call they keep saying they are putting you through to the relevant department.

I do not want anything to do with this bank anymore, I want my money transferred to my Nedbank account or reversed to sender.
