Ridiculous bad service

On the 6th I wrote a review about Fnb and was contacted and was told this would be resolved,my future use amount application would urgently be looked, upon receiving that feedback I maybe thought there will be hope and my impression would be changed that Fnb does look after their clients, however honestly that is not the case, you people sent the evaluator out to my premise and he valued at 2 million,where my initial valuation according to the Home loan specialist advised was for the purchase price, which means what I have done thus far has increased the value to 2 million by him providing that valuation, so now the best part comes in that my application was still declined due to you saying no equity, so the changes I have made has increased the value to 2 million but I cannot access the R 300 000 to complete my home and add more value,when I purchased the property I was told to register for a greater amount and paid the attorneys these extra cost for doing so now only to have all this hassles’ then when questioning the decline again, I was then told it’s not due to valuation of the property but because you people don’t give 100 percent bonds, now why was I awarded 100 percent bond when I purchased for the property for R 1695 000, and advised to register for a greater amount that I would be able to access after 6 months,then when contacting the home loan specialist I was then told it’s not that the property doesn’t have value. It’s still the failed debit orders impacting my application, so how did you people sort this out even after proof was provided that this was not my fault and fnb would take accountability for that my application is still declined and all this various explanations that don’t add up is provided, so clearly your people that is working for you does not know what they doing, so I will be looking at moving all my facilities with fnb to another bank institution that actual values customers and does what is best for them, so I also received a offer for 2,6 million on this property so if I agreed to sell how is it that you telling me there is no value in this property
