Ridiculous amount for swipping

I am tired of fighting with you guys, over ridiculous bank charges and unfortunately I want to close stupid account, Capitec is a better bank than fnb, just for swipping using my Gold Cheque account at certain retail stores they charge me R500. Find better ways to make money, I ask the manager to contact me well he or she ddnt bother. People at secure chat say different things to me, mmabatho said she will log a call since I was wrongly billed than tebello says it's because I swiped at certain retail stores so they charged me R500 for all those transactions madness, I'll never bank with this *********, all I want is my investment money and my R500 then I'll officially switch to Capitec bank I pay less than R100 for my bank charges and the consultants are professional, what a hurtful situation, I want to sue you guys at Fnb I'd my money is not paid by Friday 29th of November
