Ridiculous!!

Really FNB I. I order a new card. I am told there will be no charge and guess what a month later I get a message from you saying now all of a sudden you will debit me for this no charge transaction as it was not billed??? No no no no. This is ridiculous. I cant believe you have the ordasity to do something as terrible as this. You cant say no charge then want to charge 140 a of a sudden, this is horrid service. Please can someone fix this *******!!!
