Ridicolous withdrawl Charges - R1680

I am shocked and completely blown away by my experience with FNB Private banking suite. I understand there are penalties relating to early withdrawals' from a 32 fixed day <br> notice but to charge an individual R1680 to do an early withdrawal and then to question me on what I will be spending the money on and provide invoices is ridiculous ! <br> I understand as a financial institution there are policies and procedures but it seems this supersedes customer service!<br> <br> To charge an client R1690 for a few individuals to press a button to release money early does not cost R1680!<br> I am closing my portfolio at month end. <br>
