RICA DOCUMENTS AND *********** STAFF

I am absolutely fuming!!!!!! Earlier this year we went to out local FNB BRANCH - VINCENT PARK EAST LONDON to sort my daughters FNBY account out. We use this for her school needs, etc. We gave in her proof of address - luckily she has an account at FNB because heaven forbid a 3 year old not have proof of residence. As well as her birth certificate and my ID. Fast forward a few months and we need to release money... account suspended as they want RICA documents. So I sent it... now get a message that a confirmation of address form for my daughter is needed. PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY DID I EVEN BOTHER GIVING EVERYTHING AT THE BANK IF THIS IS NOW REQUIRED AGAIN?????? No notice that the account requires this. Just suspend service and wait for us to call and enquire why we cannot release money!!!!!! Pathetic in competent damn staff!!!!!! She is starting school ASAP and we need to buy certain supplies... now what???? We are not even home. Come on FNB, GET YOUR DAMN ACT TOGETHER. PHONE THE BRANCH AND GET THE DOCUMENTS
