Rewards system not working properly

I am highly irritated as you eBucks rewards system is not picking up that I have registered for InContact and it is not picking up my 12-month Flexi-Fix Investment.<br> <br> As a result I have dropped from Level 5 Rewards to Level 4 rewards tier. Please fix this and adjust my awards accordingly.
