Rewards for collecting reference-no?
A couple of days ago I lodged a simple question. I asked FNB if they sell a specific product and wanted the answer via email. I got an automatic message that I will get an answer within max 48 hours and a ref-number. Nothing happened and I complained. Same procedure - no answer. Now it is the question, if I get any rewards after collecting a number of reference-number
