Reward level confusion

FNB app showed level 5, however only earned 25% of my usual rewards. When phoning FNB, i was told I am on a lower level. Why the discrepancy between the app and the rewards? Email me with feedback, DO NOT PHONE, I NEED AN EXPLANATION IN WRITING
