Revolving service

I have app**** for home loan payment holiday on 1st of April. Today i had to redo it a 3rd time. I have phined in so many times Just to have the call cut of in my ear. This sirvice is so bad. How am i supposed to make the arrangenents of my wife has no income and mine cut due to the fact we are not allowed to work
