Revolving / Revolting Loan
After holding for a very long time, the agent transferred me to another department. Again, I had to hold which felt like ages.
I have an FNB Revolving Loan and I am requesting a discounted rate / settlement offer, as I wish to pay the loan off quicker.
The agent, Adolfus, gave me an amount which is more than the amount outstanding as per my FNB app. He also advised that I do not qualify for a discounted rate. RIDICULOUS!
Nice FNB. The people who are actually trying to pay off their debts, are enslaved further by you. However, the ones owing you money and not paying, get more and more credit cards.
I have been a very loyal customer for probably the last 11 years. I expect more and I am awaiting your call, as I am lodging a formal complaint.
I am calling again regarding the Revolving Loan. The app is offline. I keep on phoning, yet the parties keep on transferring me to another department and I have to repeat myself! Then I am cut off.
Urgently contact me please regarding my Revolving Loan. As there are so many people receiving relief, I would like to pay my account in full IF discount is being provided.
