Revolving loan request and home loan red flag

Subject: Urgent: Revolving Loan Contract and Debt Relief Issues

Dear FNB,

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the service I have received from FNB. Despite numerous requests, I still do not have my Revolving Loan contract, which is unacceptable.

Furthermore, I was never removed from Debt Relief with FNB Home Loan, despite providing all necessary documents. This has resulted in me being viewed as a high-risk customer and charged exorbitant interest rates.

I attempted to involve the FNB Law Department, but they claimed a conflict of interest and refused to assist me, despite my payments for legal assistance. This is outrageous, as I was led to believe they would help me navigate these issues.

It appears FNB has failed me in several ways:

- Failure to provide my Revolving Loan contract - Failure to remove my name from Debt Relief - Failure of private advisers to provide competent guidance - Failure of the Law Department to assist me

I demand immediate attention to these matters. I request a copy of my Revolving Loan contract and immediate removal from Debt Relief. I also expect a review of my interest rates and compensation for the distress caused.
