Revolving loan query

I have a revolving loan which was handed over. I called the revolving loan and loan department several times to get the payment details but it seems like they are failing to give those details because they keep on transferring around and that's so frustrating as I am trying to pay off all debt and start a fresh. Kindly assist because I have no solution on how to get help
