Revolving Loan not paid
Good day
I have app**** to a revolving loan on 02 December. It was approved and I accepted it but and I have since not received it. Please help as I have been waiting since then.

Someone from FNB called me about this issue. I am still not happy. She said the application failed. I tried to explain that after seeing that the loan was not in my account, I went to the branch to enquire and they said the loan have been approved but not activated. What I was requesting was for the loan be activated. She said they did another application and that is the one that was declined because there was an active application where the loan was supposed to be activated. What I am asking is that the loan that was approved on 02 December be activated.
