Revolving Loan nightmares
I paid off my Revolving Loan in April and this month they debited my account with that last instalment I paid off. I reversed that R1695.66 and I checked the system and now it shows that I owe them. On 31 May, they sent me a statement showing that I'm owing nothing. I have tried calling them, emailing them and even using their complaints section but noone has been responding to me.
