Revolving loan issues over and over and call center is useless!

Have had a revolving loan for the past 7 years... was great in the first few years, now lately for the past 2 years every few months there is a hold placed on the facility and to get it off is a mission as no one knows what is causing the hold, trying things and then just to find out the hold is still on the account! No one also knows exactly why this happens every few months lately. The loan is paid up and there is even an additional amount paid into the loan so its in a positive in other words and I cant even get the additional amount out.

When calling the call centre I get sent from one agent to another and no one can get this sorted out. Then I get transferred and wait 30min + just to get no where... this is ridiculous, every few months the same story over and over! But every month I still get charged an monthly fee even though I can not use the facility!

I need this sorted out or I need this account closed as it is of absolutely no use but still costing fees every month!
