Revolving loan is blocked

I really don't recommend their revolving facility. I have a revolving loan with FNB, I changed the debt date in October to the 1st. However they have been debiting my account on the 25th, Aside from this issue, I am unable to withdraw money from my revolving facility . They have about 5 excuses the account is inactive. Stupid and unqualified
