Very disappointed with FNB. I payed up my loans but they still haven’t given me my payed up letter. It’s been a month now but still no action. One of the ladies even said maybe if I was banking with them it would be easier. Which is unfair.

This is why Nedbank will always be available to assist their clients better because you guys got not time for your clients
