Revolving loan facility with no access

It is for two day that I am struggling to get an answer on my money which I transferred to my revolving loan. I am over emotional at this stage as i feel no one has the authority to assist me. On guidance from your service agents I transferred two lumps of cash to my revolving loan as both times the agents insisted when i have done this my facility will open. Nothing change except the balance on my facility which lowered. Now i cannot even access the money if have transferred. I have made numerous calls and was transferred from one department to the next even a private banker promised it will be rectified. I was in a branch i also got on a call in the branch yesterday for which they said it will be corrected after a request to a credit manager. I am not unhappy with FNB and please do not see this as a complaint but i really do not know who anymore to contact to assist in resolving my problem. Their should be an available balance of close to R20k which i cannot access. FNB was always quick to resolve my queries so this is my first saddening experience with little success to resolve my problem. Kindly contact me urgently with the resolution to my problem. There is public holidays comming and i cannot afford that the public holidays delay my access to the facility.

Reviewer Update
This morning I used the in app chat function to have assistance. So there was a debit order which was returned. Now I cannot get access to the facility nor the extra money I paid to the account. I still waiting on a banker to contact me since Tuesday. If I knew this will happen I would never had taken the advise of your call center to transfer money to gain access. I am completely stressed out and it is as if all the people I had contact with the past few days is careless of my situation and just do not see a reason to actual assist.
