Revolving Loan Facility Not working
Your revolving loan facility has not been working for days now, every time I call ,I am told they are fixing it. how long does it take to resolve this matter. Right now the app and the online can not process the revolving loan

21 Aug 2025, 05:18I was called yesterday by someone who should not be in customer service because 1) they dont know the FNB products 2) very defensive and lacks troubleshooting skills 3) does not listen to understand , she is just wants to blame me and make this a unique case. end the end of the call she asked me what I want her to do. I am reporting a issue on the FNB system and I need to be asked what i recommend should be done, This is Case is not unique to me. Yo will not have any logs showing that anyone is trying to use the facility because it does not allow you to even confirm the affordability assessment to begin . 4 days and this problem is still going on
