Revolving loan department : Please close the account now

I had revolving loan with fnb, paid all their money back. I have send emails many times to close this revolving loan account as it is attracting interest every month. They don't want to close the account. They busy phoning me want that interest money.. I'm sick and tired with fnb revolving loan department.. PLEASE CLOSE THE ACCOUNT NOW.
