Revolving loan debiting before payday

FNB revolving loan tried to debit their money on the 23rd May and that was before I got paid as I only got paid on the 24th May. As a result the payment bounced. On the 24th they tried again and payment went through. It’s the 26th today and the account appears like I’m in arrears. Contacted their app team and was told I should wait 25 hours it will clear. But this will affect my credit score. This will also lock my revolving account as it will appear like I missed payment which I did not.
