Revolving loan debit

I settled the balance on my revolving loan on the 30th on Friday but fnb still deducted the usual installment on the 31st. I've been trying to close the account and paid R69 twice but it still say balance is R69. On my personal loan that was settled, R40466 was paid which was more than the settlement amount but I still owe R200 and something. How come?
