Revolving Loan blocked or invalid

I have been calling the call centre to help me resolve an issue with my Revolving Loan. The shortfall protection is switched on but for some reason the loan is not working. There is available money in the loan to transfer but it keeps giving me an error message eg You cannot transact from this card/account as it is inactive or there are insufficient funds available in this account. Error code: 217 *** No one seems to be able to figure out what the problem is and I am being moved from person to person. A while ago I was doing a number of Payflex payments and the ***** department called me to validate the amounts, which I confirmed that it was me and then around that time the loan had a problem. So not sure if the two are linked. If someone can just sort this out for me please. I would just like the loan looked at why it is blocked.
