Revolving loan and CRS complete ***** up

On 18 February 2026 I attempted to transfer funds from revolving loan account to fusion account. Account was blocked. I raised a query, and was told to complete some tax confirmation form. Completed and submitted to CRS. CRS then asks for unblocking, and now I need to fill in forms for my wife's account that is no longer in use and haven't been for years?

What has my wife's account got to do with MY revolving loan? Completely ridiculous!
