Revolving loan account

I have been calling fnb to get assistance with my revolving loan and i had call on the 11th January and was told i would get feedback in 2business days i understood as this was a saturday and was told i would receive a call with feedback but nothing i have even used secure chat to get assistance and was told it was a tax hold placed on the account i was transfer to get this uplifted and still nothing they verified my details and was told i they will transfer me to another department to get it lifted and was told it cannot be done. I have called on the 14th to follow up and still nothing and also on today turns out that the matter may take 4-5day to get it removed. Everyone i speak to keeps saying they cannot help. Is there anyway to get help when one needs it? I cannot keep calling for the same thing and not get help
