Revolving loan *******

I have a revolving loan account with fnb and i have not been using it for sometimes now but the balance doesn't decrease always when i check the balance it is the same every month like i am not paying anything.I tried to call them and they send from pillar to post i feel like i am being ****** here even when i go to secure chat i and always routed from one consultant to another
