Revolving loan

I am lodging a formal complaint regarding my revolving loan request, for which I have received no feedback whatsoever.

I submitted a request for a revolving loan increase, yet to date I have not received any confirmation, update, or communication from FNB. This lack of response is unacceptable. Clients should not be left without clarity after submitting a credit-related request that directly impacts their financial planning. The complete absence of feedback reflects poorly on FNB’s service standards and has caused unnecessary frustration. Please treat this matter as urgent and respond without further delay.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter through the appropriate channels.
