Revolving facility terrible administration

Using their revolving loan for a second month and every month they put my account on freeze yet I have made an online payment way above the required amount. They even send messages threatening with legal action while I have made the payment. Been with this bank for more than 20 years yet they freezing my funds as if I'm a bad client.

Their customer complain didn't help either. NEVER USE THEIR REVOLVING FACILITY. I'm definable paying off mine next month end and closing account before they mess up my credit score.
