REVOLVING FACILITY NOT CLOSED EVEN AFTER IT HAS BEEN PAID OFF

I have made numerous transfers to my revolving loan account to settle it, even after months of requesting the account to be closed FNB has the decency to tell me my account is in arrears when it's showing a positive balance on the APP. None of the staff is willing to assist with closure as they also don't know what's the issue.
