Revolving credit facility
I am writing to complain about service fees that are being charged to my revolving credit plan account - which is linked to my premier cheque account .
On 2nd of May, 2018 I was offered a revolving credit facility and on information on from your consultant and on the website you only pay the service fee if you utlilise the facility which I have not. I was charged a R150.00 initiation fee which I settled immediately and had no problem . The irritating thing is I keep getting charge the montly service fee to the value of R69 every month and this month I was charged 1R38. I've been to a branch to query this and the customer consultant confirmed that I should only pay fees if I have used the account, which I have not - no money has been transferred from the revolving loan to my cheque account. I've been complaining about this and nothing is being done I would like a cancellation of the revolving loan facility (and would like the monthly fees I've been paying and the initiation fee (Total of R840) to be refunded to my cheque account Immediately as I feel that FNB is being ************ .
