Revolving Credit

Dear FNB,

We experience some difficulties in the last year due to my salary been paid from abroad and some times the foreign department released my funds a bit later than expected and then it still needs to be converted to Rand.

Then when i were in South Africa i requested my monthly payment to be going off the 5th of the month. We were R334 short and the payment were returned. Monday morning i transferred the full amount into the home loan account.

I must admit it's now several times that i had to transfer the funds back into our home loan due to unforseen circumstances but a day or two after the payment date we transfer the funds. Now FNB decided to close our business revolving credit facility which we are depending on as my husband has a big project currently and will need the cashflow.

May i request that FNB gives us one more change and reinstate our revolving credit please. We will ensure that our bond will not be returned or should we put another solution in place that we stop the debit order currently in place and make an arrangement to transfer funds to the bond at the latest the 5th of every month?

We really appreciate the help over the years and hope to continue the trust relationship we have with the bank.

Kind regards

Hi There,
My husband met with his business manager at Cresta this morning. And the reason given was that our debit order on the bond was returned as explained in my complaint. The business manager confirmed this is the only reason.
Is the business manager decision the final decision?
