Revolving account still not closed

I had a revolving account with fnb and it was handed over to the lawyers I paid off the account and I have the paid up letter from their lawyers but still the account is still not closed I visited their branch many of the times.... Guess what they couldn't help as the account is managed by somebody on the phone and email who keeps on lying to us saying the account is closed while is not aus poloko the Silverton branch manager was so helpful to me but she was also helpless as she sent numerous email to them but still the account is not closed.... Fnb is a ****!!!!
