Revolting service on a Credit Life claim!

My mother Miss GI Zungu has been given the run around for a Credit Life claim on her personal loan which FNB was happy to deduct for every month but now they are sending her from pillar to post in settling it. This is revolting service as even the process of these claims is foreign to their own consultants. Like how? BULL**** Man!!!!
