Revolting Customer Service

On 15 April 2017 I have called FNB to ask if it is possible to reverse the amount which Ticketpro couldn’t pick up, the payment I was made during the day. The payment was done through the FNB app. The consultant advised me that it is possible to do so, albeit it will take seven days to be reversed. I then made an instant payment by using a debit card. An email was sent to me to fill and returned to the address on the form. On the 19 April 2017 I sent the form to FNB, then received a reply that stated that I sent it to a wrong department. This form was supported by a bank statement that indicates an FNB online and debit card payment for reference. The so-called wrong department escaladed the matter to the right department where Portia Magutyana, client services, told me that I need to call the fast pay myself to get the permission to reverse the amount. I found this as a revolting customer service because if I was advised that the amount will be reversed why am I been taken from pillar to post.

FNB is an trusted bank but this kind of service is absolutely unacceptable. I want the amount to be reversed as an yesterday because it is very inconveniencing.
