Revoling loan not showing

i logged a complaint about my revoling loan not showing after it was converterd and still no respons to it .every time i call i get transfered from one to another with no one that can assist with matter . after they did convert on my account the did not let debt busters no about the conversion and now the money is not been paid in the correct accounts.
