Review on previous problem

Before I write any positive review, i first want to receive and withdraw my sassa money to see if everything is really 100% in order with my bank account at fnb. At this stage, i havent yet receive my r700 from sassa. This r700 is the amount that fnb send back because of fnb savannah that made a mess with my account. So FNB, begore i wrote ANY positive reviews, i fisrt want to see my sassa money IN MY ACCOUNT AND TO WITHDRAW IT WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. And FNB, if one of you People phone me regarding this peoblem, teach them to talk and not just ring my number and as soon as i answer the phone, the drop the phone call. Very unprofessional.
