Review of consultant Joanne Naidoo at Cornubia FNB

I recently opened a business bank account and was expecting it to be complicated and time consuming. Joanne Naidoo at the Cornubia FNB branch in Durban was absolutely awesome. She not only made the situation easy and effortless, when an issue arose she handled it instantly and called me the next day to tell me it was resolved. I strongly believe that your company is only as good as your customer service and Joanne is doing a great job!
