I recently wrote to the chat line requiring about a refund on my debit orders refund and one of your call centre agents said I am more than welcomed to write here since she was not willing to assistant me on the chat. I can even send you the screenshot.

12 Nov 2021, 18:06A consultant called me but still nothing. I called today and was sent pillar to post. I am really disappointed I really want my money back because the only thing left now is for the refunds to reflect back on my account. What is happening is really making me angry. what must I do to get my refunds back really now? Who must I write to? I really liked using FNB but at this rate I think I should just leave you guys.
