Revesal of debit order

Today I went to deneboom FNB I asked them to reverse a debit order of R 289. 00 Ref: 1 call Dir ********** 15215 but unfortunately she revesed the wrong one Cell C debit order which is also gonna live me on a bad credit. I had ticked 14 but can't remember who assisted me. May they please with the matter or agent reverse the correct amount from a correct account and leave the cell c account or pay it back as I don't want to fall back on that account.

And regarding the debit order should I use my petrol money and my time again to go back to the branch to reverse the other debit order and activate the Cell c one . You not actually giving me a solution to the problem that I have a the moment. They is Cell C account which is going to be behind, with extra charges as well which I have to pay for, and also my credit record will be affected. All you can tell me about is an agent. FNB let's be serious here.

All I'm getting from FNB is bad service. Its been 72 hours since I lodge this compliant and nothing is been done about it. Maybe it's high time I move to another bank.
