reversing money
I am honestly not happy with how the procedure of reversing money once you sent into an incorrect account. They claim to be doing an investigation giving the incorrect recipient time to withdraw money from their account even when you explain the sense of urgency for the reversal they don't act am so frustrated I cant with FNB

31 Jul 2024, 14:36I have been struggling the entire day even went to the bank branch am not hopeful that I will receive assistance at this point switching banks to the bank that understands human errors occur is an option for me.
