Reversels and stop frued unotorized debit order

I have sent email and chat with deffrent banker and call FNB also visit the branch all I'm asking to recers and cancel unotorized debit order I'm so frustrated since 4moth back no help I want my money my kids go to bad with no food because my own bank can't help me as a client
