Reverse *****ulent debit order!

A *****ulent debit order went through on my account. It’s below R200 but the app won’t allow me to reverse it! What’s worse is that I never received any message on my app about this transaction. Now my authorised debit order didn’t go through because of these ****** funds. I’m definitely not being charged a penalty on my debit order because no one authorised the theft that happened on my account. How useless is this app!
