Reverse the overdraft fees you charged!!! Stop it

Do you want to tell me why you just decide to hook me R69 credit facility fee???out of nowhere ??the conditions I signed for ,for my overdraft says only if I use R200 or more I will pay for this, which is what happens, I have this facility for years, but randomly u just decide yard billing me eveh if I did not use it!! That’s unacceptable!!!!I asked your chat agent , which most of the time don’t know if they are coming or going !!!she says it doesn’t matter anymore if I use it or not it will b billed and this started in July last year, that’s nonsense !! U can’t just change the conditions of my contract without talking to me first !!! Make sure I reverse all those charges cause u can’t just bill me for fun, I did not use the overdraft so I will not pay for it!! U don’t get tired of me complaining, Wheh I’m quite you start with this unnecessary billings, if not my accounts then u to for my kids accounts, this is exhausting! This is one of the reasons I transact less here cause you give us a headache! Pls reverse those facility fees I did not use the facility I will not pay for it ! I’m happy to pay if I use it, that’s the condition I signed for years ago sk don’t bully me!!!! Stop billing my account as u wish each month ! Stop it !!!!!
