Reverse of payment

I made payment through my app purchasing a phone,just when I send proof of payment I realised it's a ****.My issue is I went to the bank for reversal and they gave me a form to fill and I did send to the relevant department and it has not yet passed 24 hour,the money was still hanging it did not yet made it to the recipient.Now when I do the following up they just send email that I should report to the police station.When I send the documents that they needed I even called to ask if it's a relevant department and explained my situation now what must I do because it's almost 5 days and probably I will not even get my money back...
