Reverse my money!!!

This is the 5th month FNB has been debiting my account for a Credit Card account that was closed. I’ve been to the branch to stop this debit order but seemingly this is an issue I’ll live with if I continue to bank with FNB. I’ve tried to resolve this issue numerous times, on the banking app, branch & it's clearly going to continue inconveniencing me EVERY month.
