Reverse money
Good evening Peter.can you please assist.I mistakenly deposit from at a ATM into an closed credit card that is still on my profile. On the 29th of April 2020. I when to the branch in Tokai Capetown on the 30th April to reverse the money .they said it will take up to 7 days .I went back to the branch on the 8th of may 2020 for a follow up all they could say that they did not start the process yet I mail them on the 11th April but still did not get a reply .can you please assist
